The two-day adventure begins on the Surf Coast, where you can snap some pictures of the world-famous Memorial Arch and wander along the incredible beaches of Lorne and Anglesea.
Kennett River
From there, we’ll take you to the lush surrounds of the Kennett River, where you can spot cute koalas up the trees and see vibrant birds, like King Parrots and the native Kookaburra.
The Otway Rainforest
You’ll take a guided bushwalk through the ancient backdrop of the Otway Rainforest, stopping at Mait’s Rest to lookout over the breath-taking surrounding scenery.
The Best Attractions of the Great Ocean Road
Then it’s on to see some of the Great Ocean Road’s most popular attractions. You’ll get to experience the impressive silhouette of the 12 Apostles, learn more about the tragic shipwreck that took place at Loch Ard Gorge, and visit the Razorback and the London Bridge.
Halls Gap
As evening falls, we’ll head to the heart of the Grampians to Halls Gap, where we’ll spend the night after some kangaroo spotting. Grampians National Park
Day two starts early as we take you to the Grampians National Park. While there, you’ll be able to spot kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, emus, and echidnas. We’ll then head to either Hollow Mountain or Chautauqua Peak, where you can look out over the huge sandstone outcrops and surreal landscape of the North Grampians.
Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre
Once we’ve explored Halls Gap, we’ll move onto the Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre, where you can learn more about the history and traditions of the Jardwadjali and Djah Wurring tribes.
WaterfallsAfterwards, we’ll take you on a picturesque stroll to the McKenzie, Clematis, or Silverband Falls, before moving on to the popular picnic spot at Lake Bellfield. After you’ve refuelled, you’ll have the chance to wander around the lake’s pretty shore and enjoy the fresh mountain air at Reed’s Lookout.
Traditional Aussie Pub
On our way back to Melbourne, we’ll stop off in an historic Aussie pub. Here, you can grab a drink (at your own expense) before we make our final journey back to the city. This is where your two-day adventure along the Great Ocean Road and through the Grampians unfortunately comes to an end.
